Manage Your Subscription
Subscriptions are managed through your app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Open your device's settings, go to your account, and select "Subscriptions" to view or cancel your Chorebound subscription.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly within the app by navigating to:
Settings → Delete Account
When you delete your account:
- Your personal profile and hero data will be permanently deleted
- Your quest history and items will be removed
- You will be removed from all realms you are a member of
- This action cannot be undone
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address associated with your account.
Data Requests
Under data protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To submit a data request, please email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request".
Please include the email address associated with your account and specify what type of request you are making:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format

If you've encountered a bug or technical issue, please email us with as much detail as possible, including:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- Your device type and operating system version
- Screenshots if applicable
This helps us investigate and resolve issues more quickly.
